Decision of Council?

After the Public Hearing and consideration of the matters, Council shall do one of the following:

Reject the application; OR
Issue a Conditional Use Order/Variation Order, subject to such conditions necessary or desirable to maintain the intent and purpose of the development plan or the Zoning By-Law

Council’s decision is final and binding

Council may revoke the Conditional Use Order/Variation Order for any violation by an owner or applicant
