Town of Carberry

 The Town of Carberry is located just south of the intersection of Highway No. 1 and Highway No. 5. The town is governed by a Mayor and four Council members.

With a population of 1,738 (2016 Census) Carberry has seen continued residential growth for a number of years but is currently nearing the limits of existing residential lots. Carberry will require development of new residential areas if it is to continue to grow. While the area has some longstanding viable commercial ventures, like many rural communities Carberry faces challenges in the recruitment and retention of commercial business.
